MPPSC: exam pattern syllabus 2021 बड़ा बदलाव! आंसरशीट में ही लिखे होंगे प्रश्न, उत्तर के लिए शब्द सीमा के मुताबिक रहेगी खाली जगह
MPPSC: मप्र लोक सेवा आयोग (एमपीपीएससी) राज्य सेवा परीक्षा-2019 की मुख्य परीक्षा में एक नया प्रयोग करने जा रहा है। इस बार परीक्षा देते समय उम्मीदवार को उत्तर लिखने के लिए प्रश्नपत्र देखने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। उम्मीदवार को उत्तरपुस्तिका के स्थान पर प्रश्नोत्तरपुस्तिका दी जाएगी। यानी इसमें पहले से प्रश्न लिखा मिलेगा और उसका जवाब लिखने के लिए तय शब्द सीमा के हिसाब से खाली स्थान दिया जाएगा।
इसमें सभी प्रश्न एक क्रम में होंगे। हर प्रश्न के लिए तय शब्द सीमा के लिए स्थान छोड़ा जाएगा। इसके कारण उम्मीदवार को अब टू-द-पाॅइंट आंसर लिखने होंगे। वह ओवर राइटिंग नहीं कर सकेगा। पीएससी के अधिकारियों के अनुसार ऐसी व्यवस्था राजस्थान पीएससी में है। दावा है कि इससे पारदर्शिता तो बढ़ेगी ही मूल्यांकन में भी आसानी होगी। दरअसल, प्रश्नोत्तरपुस्तिका में प्रश्न के साथ उसका पूर्णांक भी प्रकाशित रहेगा। वहीं उसी पृष्ठ पर मूल्यांकनकर्ता प्राप्तांक भी लिख सकेंगे। 21 मार्च से शुरू होने वाली परीक्षा में 6 प्रश्नपत्र होने हैं। इसलिए हर पुस्तिका में पृष्ठ संख्या अलग-अलग रहेगी।
उम्मीदवार समय कम होने से अच्छे से लिख पाएंगे उत्तर
- फायदा – कई उम्मीदवारों को अधिक लिखने की आदत रहती है। इससे उनको नुकसान होने की संभावना बनी रहती है। वह शुरुआत के दो-तीन प्रश्न में ही अधिक समय खर्च कर देते हैं। समय कम होने से वे जल्द उत्तर लिखने में कई तथ्य लिखना भूल जाते हैं। अब पूरा प्रश्नपत्र अच्छे से हल कर सकेंगे।
- नुकसान- उम्मीदवार कोई बारीक लिखता है तो कोई मोट अक्षर लिखता है, लेकिन पीएससी का दावा है कि खाली उत्तर लिखने के लिए एक मानक तय कर लिखावट के लिए स्टैंडर्ड साइज तय किया है।
हाल ही में एमपीपीएससी ने राज्य सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा-2019 का टाइम टेबल जारी किया था। जिसके अनुसार परीक्षा 21 से 26 मार्च तक आयोजित की जाएगी। इन तारीखों में 6 प्रश्नपत्र आयोजित होंगे। इसके लिए 11 जनवरी से 2 फरवरी से ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। इसकी अंतिम तारीख 9 फरवरी तय की गई है।

Under the Prelims examination, there are two main papers, namely:
General Studies and General Aptitude Test. Both are objective (MCQs) type of paper.
Both the papers consist of 200 marks each, and candidates are allotted 120 minutes or 2 hours for each paper.
There will be no negative marking in MPPSC (State Service Exam) Prelims exam for wrong answers.
Under the MPPSC Mains Mains examination, there are five main papers, namely:
General Studies I
General Studies II
General Studies III
General Studies IV
Hindi
Hindi Essay
While the first three papers on General Studies consist of 300 marks each, the fourth General Studies paper consists of 200 marks. Additionally, the Hindi paper also consists of 200 marks, while the Hindi essay paper is allotted with a maximum of 100 marks. Furthermore, all the papers, except the one on Hindi Essays, is allotted 180 minutes, or 3 hours to complete. Candidates are given 120 minutes, or 2 hours to complete the Hindi Essay paper.

The official syllabus for the MPPSC, or the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission examinations has been released. These exams are usually held for the different government jobs, such as Naib Tehsildar, Deputy Collector, Assistant Director, FRO and others.
The State Civil Service Examination held by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has 346 vacant posts in State Services & Forest Services of Madhya Pradesh. The exam is conducted in two parts, the preliminary examination and the main examination.
