SSC JE is conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JEs) in various branches of Engineering including CivilElectricalMechanical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts. How to Fill SSC JE Application Form 2020-21?

Candidates can apply online for SSC JE 2020-21 exam in two parts – registration and application. To register for SSC JE exam, candidates need to visit the official website of the Commission and click on the ‘New User? Register Here’ link. Thereafter, candidates need to fill all the details asked in the SSC JE registration form. Once successfully registered, candidates can login to their registered accounts using registration ID and password and fill the SSC JE application form. The SSC JE 2020-21 application fee is Rs 100. SSC JE Exam Dates 2019-20 for Paper-I (Revised)

Staff Selection Commission has revised SSC JE paper-I 2019-20 exam date for the second time due to the prevalent COVID-19 situation. The SSC JE 2020 exam will now be conducted from October 27-30. Earlier, the paper-I exam was scheduled to be held from September 1-4. Also, prior to that the exam was to be conducted from March 30 to April 2, 2020. 

SSC JE 2019-20 Admit Card

Earlier, SSC JE admit card 2020 for paper-I was released by Staff Selection Commission on March 18 for North Western region (NWR). However, after that the exam was postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 across the country. Currently, the revised SSC JE paper-I exam dates have been announced and will be conducted in October. SSC JE admit card for NWR along with all the other regions will be released again about a week before the exam. 

SSC JE 2020 admit card as and when released will be available on the official regional website of the commission. Candidates will be able to download their admit card by using the required login credentials.

It may be noted that SSC JE admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the allotted test centre. Along with the admit card it is also mandatory for candidates to carry a passport-size photograph and a valid photo ID proof to the test centre. Candidates not having any of the mentioned documents might not be allowed to give the paper.

SSC JE Recruitment Process

SSC JE selection process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Fill SSC JE Application Form

Candidates need to visit the official website and fill the SSC JE application form online. To apply, the aspirants first need to register on the official website. Thereafter, candidates need to log into their account and fill-up the form online.

Step 2: Download SSC JE Admit Card

SSC JE admit cards are made available for download on the regional websites of the commission. SSC JE admit card is an important document containing information related to the exam and candidate. Candidates are advised to preserve the admit cards until the recruitment process is over.

Step 3: Appear for SSC JE exam
