Salary / Pay Scale:
Annual CTC for Manager (Grade B) will be Rs. 21 Lakh and for Assistant Manager (Grade A) will be Rs. 18 Lakh.
Educational Qualification:
Post wise educational qualification details are as under –
- Manager (Grade B) – General: Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA, CFA, CS, CWA
- Manager (Grade B) – Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science) / Masters in Computers Application/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers / Information Technology
- Assistant Manager (Grade A): Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA, CFA, CS, CWA.
Experience (If Any):
Prior experience is not compulsory. Freshers are eligible.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit is 30 years for both posts. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be as per Government of India Rules.
Selection Process:
Selection of candidates will be through Online Exam (Two Phases) and Interview.
